IEOD 1 Min data

is it possible to get IEOD data say of 1 / 5 Min intraday But for all stock of NSE ??

The "IEOD list" of stocks is enough :cool:, in my opinion there is no need to extend the list. The list is full of good names :).

I totally agree.

The Intraday detailed data is useful if available Real Time. Years ago when Prashanth started giving EOD data for BSE-NSE through TI, I was after him for Intraday data at the close of the day, which he started providing.

I realized that Amibroker gets slow and overloaded and simultaneously the Intraday details do not really provide strong reliable base. One could get better interpretations from the EOD charts if the same time is used, instead of analyzing intraday data.

Like you said, I found it waste of energy and time, and have stopped downloading even the delayed Intraday data.

However, that's my opinion and someone else may find that data useful.

I think everyone has different use and Trading style,

some might look 3 lakh and above volume for intraday scripts , some = 5 lakh & some = 10 lakh above volume for selecting intraday.

some go with Break out style, looking break out and take position for intraday or delivery.

Some go with selected script only...

there is no question about data mess...
we are getting data at the end of the day & hope all we just see the levels of intraday, to take view on next day looking at support resistance & other technical aspects... intraday data can use for both delivery & intraday position.

I think 1 min data will restrict data row to = 6.30 hrs = 390 rows data per Ticker & 5 Min data will = 78 rows data per Ticker.
So ultimatelly data file will be less only, I know 1 min data also accommodate data in 2 mb appx. zip file.

I think intimate all Gold members about this survey through our mail of TA & BSENSE2005 Group As well as by posting message on this

IF even 40 % members are interested then, if possible ..... owner can upload two file one with selected script and another with all nse data with say 1 min / 5 min......
But i believe Doing survey with Gold members is the right way to find..

I think more than the data, it's the analysis that is more important. For even intraday trades, an hourly chart is enough.
I am happy with the current format.

interested all nse ieod data but i use metastock and it has no facility to ignore firt line error from nov 29 every two or three days there are error in ieod format for metastock users. from 29 nov 2010 there are wrong data on 9.55.00 am of exact double quote. i had pointed out to dtm guru he fevered for 8 dec2010 but then error continued so i didn't disturbed him then can dtm guru and his team send us nse ieod data for metastock also then i am positive bcos i cann't spare 300 minutes every 3 days to correct it manually.
so i am getting all nse ieod data of 1378 scripts from other free sites.i am thank ful to prashant and his team for this efforts.

IEOD data as at present would do for most traders. Only top-of-the-heap traders would be using Tick/1minute for trades and they, I believe, would seek real-time data. For others, 1 minute data would unnecessarily bloat the database. So, its a thumbs down for 1 min data.
