Hello,

In that case, the problem maybe that the virus is disabling download of
files. Check if you can download any older file to see if its a problem
there too.

To check the system online for viruses, click on the following link and
follow the procedure

Also, download any other Internet Browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox,
etc and try downloading from there.
