Adjustment of Data

One of our esteemed member, hisosoftsolutions asked the following:

So in paid model same data will be there or adjusted data will be sent( Bonus split etc)

In the Gold Membership, there will be no change whatsoever. Only thing is that on a weekly basis we shall intimate you about Stocks for which you need to adjust and the ratio.

Reason we cannot do is because, Adjustment pertains to historical data already in your database. Currently, only Data Vendors who provide their own charting + data in their format of choice are able to do it since they can access the historical data.

We do have intentions of being able to achieve the same though in all fairness, I should inform that it will be quite a long time before we reach that stage.

Thanks a lot for clarifying about the adjustment of data. I was very curious to know if that would be supported, under the membership.

The weekly updates about stock changes would be more than enough !! - atleast for me :)

In addition to the weekly updates, it would also be helpful if you can further mention any historical adjustments for a stock (say L&T), if L&T features in the weekly updates. so that we can adjust the data manually for past data as well.
