Have you tried the Help Center ? If you create a Ticket, I am sure someone will from Admin will answer. I think so ! :)

If you weren't logged in, you could not have posted this :)

If you are experiencing problems with download, just reply back regarding the error you are experiencing and we shall get back to you.

Actually what happened was this - I logged in and the screen opened with warning that I have entered a wrong ID or password and a note to try again. But I was actually logged in as you have rightly said.:confused:
